Designed for TickTock Rent real estate agency focused on rentals in Costal del Sol.
We were instructed to produce a lightweight design for this website, with properties in 4 columns, set of icons as well as unique features required for their 4 types of rentals ranging from residential to industrial and commercial properties.
Website features our new interactive map engine which allows showing Costa del Sol map design in vector format. This provides sharp map preview on all devices and screens.
Area map is interactive which means that website visitor can highlight one of its areas by placing mouse cursor to it. Map service is developed to display the amount of rental properties in each area.
This real estate website is developed based on our latest Wordpress based real estate software customized for 4 rental types and integrated with Google Maps, SmoothStep PDF generator and client account system where they can store their personal property lists.

Website is optimized for SEO, Smooth Step Real Estate engine provides automatic relevant links to static SEO friendly pages with unique titles for each area as well as area, property type and rental type combination, automated related properties for each rental. This generates lots of SEO friendly pages on Google listings which are automatically updated when new properties are added
The site is hosted on our dedicated Linux server with lots of place for their properties. Our benchmarks show that website load times when searching for properties in the site are around 0.5 - 0.8s. This is pretty good considering that website shows 20 properties per page with 10 photos each.
