This multilingual website features our exclusive design and customized real estate software with fully automated property importer from Resales Online XML feed.
We were contacted by Monalisa Homes real estate company in Marbella to design and develop their new website, their request stated to implement our modern exclusive design, multilingual support, 3 types of featured properties on their home page and XML importer customized to perform automated cleanup according to their requirements.
Monalisa Homes website features many modern web design features - Semitransparent search bar and navigation menu over website header photo, different column structures for pages and sections of the site, elegant property listings in two columns, well-structured full real estate object pages with content and features in 2 and 4 column structures, related properties in 3 columns.
Confirmed designs were implemented to the site as a custom Wordpress theme. We used latest web development techniques and plugins. Website header features intro text as well as dropdown menu animations, real estate price range selector is optimized for logarithmic price selection, featured properties are programmed to show property features when mouse is hovered over its photo.
Full real estate object pages are developed with photo slideshow as well as modern full screen photo preview. Property description and features are automatically split in columns according to the amount of data. Google Maps is programmed to automatically show approximate location based on property area; related properties selection is generated using our proprietary algorithm. All is rendered in real time, in 3 languages and optimized for mobile and tablet screens.
Website is built using our latest real estate engine based on Wordpress which was customized to client requirements. In Wordpress admin we have implemented checkboxes to easily select property of the month as well as featured and top properties for the home page.
Automated XML importer has been customized to exclude unwanted areas from the import as Monalisa Homes instructed to only show real estate in Marbella area. Latest importer also features property recycling automatically removing sold properties from the website. The importer runs each morning performing daily synchronization.
Our real estate engine is also allows having exclusive properties section. In search results exclusive properties are displayed together with imported ones. Monalisa Homes are planning to list exclusives in the future.
